Overall Rationale: Chaos took a break but struck again! Teams that just missed my rankings are USF, Stanford, Michigan State, Michigan, Kentucky, and South Carolina. Biggest changes (5 spots min): TCU (-10), NC State (-7), Michigan St (UR), Washington State (-9), Washington (+6), USF (UR), Stanford (UR), Texas A&M (UR), Miss State (+5), Iowa State (NEW), Arizona (NEW), Toledo (NEW), and Boise State (NEW)Don't have enough time to explain each team, but I'll explain some. Georgia, Notre Dame, and Ohio State looked awesome! LSU vs Alabama should be good, hopefully. Oklahoma State looked real good vs West Virginia. Sorry PSU, but I still believe you're really good. UCF continues to look like a great G5 team. I honestly don't really believe in Wisconsin so far, but hopefully they will prove me wrong. Holy shit Iowa State clawing it's way out of no where! Miami is the same as Wisconsin. Need to see them play good teams.
