Overall Rationale: This week the models stayed the same from previous weeks so we coul provide achange column.  Postive means an improved ranking negative means a fallingranking.  There were a few things that stood out as strange such as Texas returning to the top 25, but I validated these results several times and even at 4 wins they have a more wins and performed better than the average top 25team would against their schedule.  FPI has similar outliers.  My models are still a little cool on Ohio State and a few other teams and a little high on Mississippi State and Iowa as this years model only uses final score data as an experiment
