Overall Rationale: This poll heavy favors strength of schedule & weekly success. Notable teams off of this ballot this week that I feel this blind poll punished too much was UW falling to #48 - this is due to no games against top 10/30 teams and a loss to an unranked team. Teams like WSU and Clemson that lost to unranked teams didn't fall as much because they still had previous success against ranked teams.#26-130
