Overall Rationale: Same as the previous weeks, but with a few changes. Win Bonus is completely eliminated from the system, leaving Lose Penalty. Lose penalty will only be a deduction from the difference between Total Points Earned and Total Points Allowed. The poll is now a hybrid due to a new human rule, dubbed Replacement Rule. This means teams that probably shouldn't be ranked get replaced by teams that probably should be ranked. This is up to my discretion.
