Overall Rationale: I look at these rankings as a report card for how well a team has performed this season. That got a lot harder this week since there were so many upsets. Who in the PAC is good? Who knows anymore. If only I stayed up late enough to watch their games...I go much more off of record rather than strength of schedule. This leads to smaller teams being ranked higher in my poll. If they're performing the best that they can given their schedule, I reward them for that.
