Overall Rationale: Using billingsly to set the initial thanks for all the teams. I assigned a value to each team based on this rank, added the value of the opponents to give each game a toughness value. Then multiplied the value by points scored/points allowed to assign a value to each team. I then put each team into 5 team tiers. The lowest scoring team and each team that lost was relegated to the next tier. Repeat for each tier. Then counted off my top 25
