Overall Rationale: My ballot has had some drastic changes. Now that I am over my bias and annoyance, I rightfully put MSU ahead of Michigan :(  TCU moved ahead of many teams, Notre Dame sees a drastic jump :(   and some major changes at the back end. Also, Georgia Tech lost in a close matchup to Miami and I don't really think they deserve to be knocked out (especially over the likes of LSU).
