Overall Rationale: Well, the PLRCOAT rankings (see previous weeks) are still pretty insane. I don't even think they're wrong, necessarily, but I've given up on them stabilizing in the way I want to. Unfortunately, I've had a bit of a hectic week and I don't quite have the time to write out a thorough explanation for all of this (in a week where my rankings would really benefit), but just know that I'm starting with the extremely resume-based PLRCOAT ratings and adjusting based on losses and eye test.
