Overall Rationale: Admit that I was rushed this week. Gave my best run through then compared with a few outside sources to make sure I didn't miss anything big. I think SDSU is overrated, as is USF, but both have very favorable schedules and might sneak through the season undefeated to be round 1 cannon fodder for the #1-2 ranked teams. At least SDSU has a ranked win.
