Overall Rationale: I went win heavy this week. The resumes are beginning to flesh themselves out a bit.

9 Ohio State Buckeyes Yes, placing tOSU over OU is a bit suspect right now, but the Buckeyes didn't lose to Iowa State and they are destroying just about everybody on their schedule. Also jumped Bama on S&P+ so that's something.

11 Oklahoma Sooners OSU has a really bad loss, but let's not forget they still beat Ohio State. 
12 Miami Hurricanes Still a bit of an enigma, but a win in Doak is a win in Doak. Will Mark Richt blow it to inferior competition? Find out next week on Hurricane Ball Z.

15 Virginia Tech Hokies USC and VT are really close: Stanford is roughly equivalent to WVU, but Texas is a better win than everything else on VT's schedule.

18 USF Bulls USF doesn't have any wins over real quality teams, but I have to reward them for the way they've been railroading everybody. 
19 Michigan State Spartans
20 Michigan Wolverines They do not look very good. AP putting them above MSU is bullshit. 
21 NC State Wolfpack I was debating putting them above the Michigan teams, but really, South Carolina? They may or may not move up depending on how Louisville and FSU's seasons pay out.

23 Navy Midshipmen
24 Texas Tech Red Raiders
25 Stanford Cardinal WVU is my first team out. This was tough, but I like Stanford's wins a bit more.
