1 Clemson Tigers Wake Forest is a good football team. Not a great one, but another solid win for Clemson.
2 Alabama Crimson Tide Alabama looks beatable this week. Can Auburn get things together. Will LSU do something? The SEC West looks much more competitive than the East right now.
3 Georgia Bulldogs Beating Notre Dame is quite the resume builder this year. 2 bye weeks before the heart of their SEC schedule.
4 Washington State Cougars 2 big games and a bunch of stones to trip over for the Cougs. They've dispatched their biggest threats so far of USC and Oregon.
5 Penn State Nittany Lions Penn State continues to not have played anyone. That will change over their next 3 games. (Michigan, Ohio State, Sparty)
6 Wisconsin Badgers Go into Lincoln at night and soundly (though it took a bit to get going and they have to get those turnovers under control) beat a mediocre Nebraska team. Use that 2015 Iowa soft schedule and make something special!
7 TCU Horned Frogs Help me TCU, you're my only hope, I mean really, TCU, it's up to you to get the Big 12 into the playoff. We've seen this one before haven't we.
8 Washington Huskies Undefeated, sure, but point to a game and tell me that Washington beat good opponent.
9 Miami Hurricanes It's a rivalry again!
10 USC Trojans
11 Notre Dame Fighting Irish The transitive property of 1 loss teams helps sort things out pretty well.ND > MSU > Iowa > Iowa State > Oklahoma > Ohio StateND > MSU > Michigan
12 Auburn Tigers Auburn looked like a real football team this weekend.
13 Michigan State Spartans The Wolverines can say Ohio State is their number once rival when they beat Ohio State. Until then, the Michigan State game is probably the most important game on their schedule year over year.
14 NC State Wolfpack Give NC State the same injury luck that blessed Kentucky, and they're probably undefeated. Wolfpack and Tigers under the full moon!
15 Virginia Tech Hokies
16 Michigan Wolverines There are a lot of reasons Michigan lost to Michigan State, the biggest one is the complete lack of offense.
17 Oklahoma State Cowboys The Big XII is a mess. This is going to be a conference with four 2 loss teams going into it's championship disaster. Can Oklahoma state be one of those four?
18 Texas Tech Red Raiders Still alive for the second spot in the Big XII disaster piece they're calling a championship game.
19 Oklahoma Sooners It's called a quality loss, not a lose to Iowa State after a bye week where their starting quarterback is technically a walk on.
20 Ohio State Buckeyes So, about that quality loss.
21 San Diego State Aztecs There's reason to believe that the Aztecs might be the best team in the Pac-12 south. USC's probably better, but that's better than some of their conference games coming up.
22 UCF Knights Someone's going to win the American, you three sort out what order you want to be in.
23 USF Bulls Someone's going to win the American, you three sort out what order you want to be in.
24 Navy Midshipmen Someone's going to win the American, you three sort out what order you want to be in.
25 Kentucky Wildcats Kentucky is one play away from being undefeated. What a world we live in.
