8 Penn State Nittany Lions Ahead of Colorado because of a better win despite a worse loss

17 Houston Cougars Can't win their conference, but they have two realllllllly nice wins. And one terrible loss.

20 Nebraska Cornhuskers Their best win is Wyoming, who is good, but come on.
21 Navy Midshipmen I could see Navy actually slipping in and stealing that Cotton Bowl berth.

25 USF Bulls Gets the nod over TAMU and Tennessee because I think the Bulls would win. Also could sneak in and steal the Cotton Bowl berth.
