Overall Rationale: I use a custom ELO system to rank all teams.  The only teams that are ranked higher than the baseline are the Preseason top 25 teams.  Since this is my first year using my formula, I needed a baseline for all the schools.  As you can see, there is no difference between success in the P5 and G5.  I will be looking into that more next year.  Additionally, there is an inherent flaw with Bye weeks.  Teams on bye weeks maintain the score they had the week prior which allows teams that win to jump ahead of them.  This will resolve itself once all the bye weeks are finished to allow teams to settle into their positions.Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions / comments.  Full rankings for all 128 teams are here http://imgur.com/a/drlFa
