Overall Rationale: Notes: Penn State is on permanent probation in my poll. Baylor is on probation for 2016.Significant re-jiggering this week due to many losses across the board. But the top eight are basically unchanged.Expect that next week will also see some changes. I'll be moving to my "playoff predictor" mode. Top four = expected CFP teams in some order. Next four to six = most likely replacements should the top four fall. And then maybe a couple of dark horses to round out the top 15.
