Overall Rationale: This week my ballot grew even further. Ã The max score going forward will be 1.00 for all first place. Scores will be the percentage of the maximum possible points received that week. Since the number of polls has increased so greatly the human poll has had its extra vote taken away. It now is only a single vote among the 1 votes tallied. Each poll individually has much less pool now as I have added 2 new computer models with more to come potentially. All models are completely unseeded. The models returning from last week are the Page, MLE, QELO, NSoR, Skill, Wins Over, Margin, Skill model, and Future Rank  models.  Missing this week are the Power and SimuRank models which had a bug in their data this week. All 9 models will be explained in the weekly reddit post along with my human voting tendencies.   As always, the human poll is the first tie breaker followed by my MLE model. NR stands for not ranked in my  human ranking.
