Overall Rationale: The teams ranked 10th through 17th can be switched around in just about any order. No. 10 in this ballot really is not that much higher than No. 17. Just a note.

7 Clemson Tigers I'm moving Clemson down because that FSU game was so screwy that I cannot justify having them in my Top 4 when Louisville, and Texas A&M both looked better. 
8 Wisconsin Badgers
9 Nebraska Cornhuskers Really close game. It does not make any sense to drop them too far. This team is legit, and as much as it pains me, so is Wisconsin. 
10 Colorado Buffaloes
11 Auburn Tigers
12 Washington State Cougars
13 Western Michigan Broncos
14 Florida State Seminoles While they might have looked pretty bad, I can't drop them too far. The refs played a far greater role in this game than they should have.

18 Boise State Broncos Dropping the Broncos out of the Top 25 completely is unfair considering they have wins over good teams and have suffered only one loss. Honestly, if they fell beyond 18th, after a weird game, to suddenly talented Wyoming team in one of the toughest environments in college football (If you don't believe me, ask BYU fans), it would be a tragedy.

20 Penn State Nittany Lions I did not know that the Nittany Lions were capable of scoring 62 points. 
21 Wyoming Cowboys Wyoming has two losses that are not terrible. The Cowboys are a pretty good team and have suddenly put themselves in the drivers' seat in the Mountain Division.

23 Oklahoma State Cowboys
24 Baylor Bears
25 Tennessee Volunteers I don't know if they should still be in here or not. I'm leaning towards no. This is not a good direction for the Vols.
