Ballot Type: Hybrid

Overall Rationale: This week my ballot grew quite a bit.  This meant changing my scoring to allow consistently comparable scores going forward.  The max score going forward will be 1.00 for all first place.  Scores will be the percentage of the maximum possible points received that week.  As always the human poll continues to count  for 2 votes, this is much less valuable now though as I have added 2 new computer models with 2 more planned for next week.  All models are completely unseeded.  The models returning from last week are the Page, MLE, and QELO models.  Joining them this week are my Skill model and Naive SoR model.  All 5 models will be explained in the weekly reddit post.  There was a pretty clear divide this week between the top 10 and the next 15.  NR stands for not ranked in my ranking.
