Overall Rationale: I use a custom ELO that calculates the ELO rating system.Please note - Bye weeks do not increase or decrease a score for a team.  It stays the same throughout the week.  The downside to this system is that teams on a bye week can get jumped by teams that win during the bye week.  By the end of the year the system will equal itself out but Bye weeks are the hardest parts to calculate.Here are the full rankings of all 128 teams. http://imgur.com/a/yilqB
