Overall Rationale: This is a computer ranking. My method of ranking is by comparison: each team receives a score for each game based on their performance relative to their opponent's other opponents.For example, ASU just beat Cal. They receive an offensive score partially based on how other teams did against Cal's defense, and a defensive score partially based on how other teams did against Cal's offense. The average of those scores over each game become ASU's offensive and defensive ratings, which are then used recursively to calculate everyone's ratings repeatedly. When equilibrium is reached, those are the final ratings.26-35: Navy, Ole Miss, TCU, Memphis, Virginia Tech, Florida, Iowa, Michigan State, Arkansas, LSU
