Overall Rationale: My computer poll does not rank all FBS and FCS teams (that is the hybrid part), the way I enter it includes all P5, and current "hot" non-P5 or non-FBS teams (example: NDSU). The rest of the determination is computer ranking based on SOS, partially on Margin of Victory, and a few stats that I feel are crucial in a game like turnover margin - though these have very little effect and serve mostly to differentiate between "elite" teams, especially early on when everyone is undefeated and has huge MOVs.Currently, with only 4 weeks of data, the computer side is really screwed up (and I'm going to have to adjust my computer I think) so I'm submitting a human poll that takes its lead from my computer hybrid and hopefully the computer will look slightly less insane next week.
