Overall Rationale: My ballot is based on who I believe are the Top 25 teams in the country - not who has the best record at the best time. I believe Ole Miss, Oklahoma, and Notre Dame belong ranked despite having 2 losses each. The alternative is that teams like North Carolina, Iowa, Utah, San Diego State, and UCLA are ranked - none of which are better than the 2-loss teams, in my opinion.
