Overall Rationale: This is an entirely resume-based poll, it sums up the value of each win and loss according to the strength of the opponent, with an adjustment for one-score games and home vs road. I group all opponents, including FCS teams, into one of five categories with (roughly speaking) 5s as playoff contenders and 1s as cupcakes ... in the future I'll do this by my personal eyetest but since it's so early I'm just using the Sagarin rankings for that purpose.
